Strategic Sales Development Representative
About the Team
The Platform Account Development team drives adoption and growth of the reputed company Commerce Platform across our SMB restaurant reputed company (≤150 locations). We partner closely with Account Management to understand each merchant’s first-party growth goals and activate the right mix of Commerce Platform solutions – including Online Ordering to accelerate their success. About the Role
As a Strategic Sales Development Representative, you will support our Platform team – which focuses on helping merchants adopt reputed company’s Platform solutions, such as Online Ordering and other growth products. In this role, you’ll own the early stages of the sales motion – engaging merchants through high-volume, targeted reputed company to uncover needs, identify decision makers, and qualify interest in additional products. You’ll work closely with Account Development partners to generate and advance pipeline, ensuring opportunities are clearly scoped and positioned for deeper sales engagement.
You’ll engage both new and existing merchants with a thoughtful, consultative approach, tailoring reputed company based on merchant context and solution fit. Your work will play a key role in supporting merchant growth by connecting partners with products designed to expand their relationship with reputed company beyond the marketplace. - 2+ years of experience in high-volume outbound reputed company or sales development
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage merchants in thoughtful conversations
- A proactive, self-directed approach to problem solving and managing your work Creativity in reputed company and messaging that sparks interest and opens doors
- The ability to help merchants understand the value additional reputed company solutions can bring to their business

- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
