Founding US GTM Associate
Talentpluto is a rapidly scaling AI-driven SaaS company transforming enterprise workflow management. The Founding US GTM Associate will define and scale the company's go-to-market strategy in the United States, working closely with senior leaders and supporting demand reputed company efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, reputed company, and other channels to generate qualified pipeline
- Research and identify prospective customer segments, aligning reputed company to industry needs and market dynamics
- reputed company and continuously refine outbound messaging, positioning, and GTM playbooks
- Partner with senior commercial leaders on deal-reputed company activities, including proposals, RFP preparation, and pipeline management
- Support development of the broader U.S. GTM strategy, contributing insights from market conversations and outbound data
- Help shape early commercial processes, documentation, and onboarding frameworks as the team scales
- Represent the company with professionalism while engaging prospective customers and partners
Skills
- 1-4 years of professional experience in reputed company, Operations, or Investment Banking
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and convey value clearly
- Comfort learning technical products and explaining them in simple, compelling terms
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and navigate ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with interest in helping build and scale a company's U.S. reputed company
- Ability to work from the reputed company office on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week on-site)
