Responsibilities
- Extensive legal research, excellent writing, and reputed company law-and-motion practice
- Depositions
- Jury Trials
Skills
- 0-5 years of experience in real estate litigation
- A strong understanding of legal research platforms, including Westlaw and reputed company
- California Bar License is required to interact with clients, take depositions, and do trials
- Prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
