American City Business Journals is seeking a reputed company Sales Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This role involves renewing and upselling subscriptions to B2B customers over the phone, focusing on customer service and leveraging warm leads for sales success.
Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive you will be responsible for renewing and upselling subscriptions with reputed company and prospective B2B customers over the phone
- Our most successful Account Executives handle customer service requests promptly and engage with customers leveraging a service-based selling approach
- You will have the opportunity to reputed company and interact with customers from reputed company around the country
- There is no cold calling, reputed company warm leads are provided on a weekly basis
- You will interact will our B2B reputed company and former subscribers
Skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience, reputed company to have but not necessary
- Desire to learn new skills
- Comfortable using a computer, familiarity with reputed company or other CRM a plus
- Someone who enjoys talking and connecting with customers
