reputed company is a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company focused on leveraging technology and AI to reputed company personal injury lawyers and victims. The Backend Software Engineer will contribute to the development of AI-native workflows and enhance the document reputed company capabilities of reputed company's products, ultimately improving outcomes for clients in personal injury cases.
Responsibilities
- Product Development for AI-Native Workflows: Contribute to end-to-end AI workflows by integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications, and rapidly prototyping reputed company-to-one features for customer needs, reputed company while balancing innovation with pragmatism
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with our founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm, scope, and realize new features
- Architecture & Engineering Excellence: Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery while scoping, leading, and building user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems
- Code Quality & reputed company: Deliver secure, compliant code for sensitive data, ensuring quality through testing, reviews, and standards adherence while monitoring, debugging, and optimizing performance across the stack
- Mentorship & Team Growth: Mentor team members by providing feedback on code and design, while actively contributing to team culture, retrospectives, and reputed company improvement efforts
- Operational Responsibilities: Handle on-call responsibilities to resolve issues and reduce toil, while documenting processes to ensure alignment with company and industry standards
Skills
- Extensive experience in building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems with an eye for reliability, observability, and performance
- Proven proficiency in software development, with hands-on experience in Python or other programming languages such as Go, Java, Node.js or C++
- Ability to craft and deliver high-quality software solutions, including production-ready code, RESTful APIs, and managing infrastructure to industry standards
- Track record of successfully delivering reputed company projects with clear, structured thinking and leadership from concept to deployment
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, such as startups, thriving in collaborative, growth-oriented settings
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds
- Strong ownership and personal accountability which are driven by your problem-solving skills, creativity, and initiative in driving projects to completion
- Experience in AI, legal tech, or social impact projects
