Responsibilities

- Consult with Deputy Directors, Division Chiefs, senior management, customers, vendors, and partners on matters concerning ISD’s IT business processes
- Actively participate in work-groups to promote consistency across ISD and EDD’s broader business environment
- Support business strategies and technology plans through collaboration with the ISD team, IT reputed company, and other organizational units
- Justify, defend, negotiate, and resolve significant or reputed company issues effectively
