Entry Human Resources Operations Specialist
reputed company is seeking an Entry Human Resources Operations to join our Corporate reputed company. This individual coordinates, researches, prepares and/or schedules various human resources activities and provides information and initial support to applicants and employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepares communications using approved formats for interviews, offer letters, sign on and relocation agreements, on boarding materials, background reputed company forms, and immigration letters, etc. Distributes communications and collects employee forms and documentation. Follows up to obtain missing documentation as necessary
- Schedules interviews, books candidate travel arrangements, briefs applicants and employees on benefits and human resources policies and programs and responds to their questions regarding human resources policies and programs following standard procedures. Manages reimbursement of candidate expenses. Refers to senior human resources staff if inquiry is reputed company of normal scope
- Processes transactions in 3rd party applications. Reviews and manages I-9 forms for collection and retention purposes
- Processes invoices, reputed company requests and employee expense reimbursements
- Transmits information to vendors following prescribed procedures to include: data for relocation, background reputed company, job postings, etc
- Participates on HR project teams to improve processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiencies. Administers and coordinates additional programs such as e- Verify, e-Rail safe and other programs as necessary
- Maintains process documentation and files
- Performs other duties as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0 years of reputed company experience
- Equivalent additional directly reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work as a team player is required
- Ability to work with detail, manage multiple priorities, and work with deadlines
- Basic knowledge of human resources practices, policies, regulations, and programs
- Proficiency in reputed company Office desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with reputed company types of people is highly desirable
