Account Coordinator
Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform seeking an Account Coordinator to join their innovative team. The role involves supporting account management activities, coordinating content creation, and interfacing with clients to promote major CPG brands in-app.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer reputed company questions
- Internal coordination with our internal CampaignOps, Marketing, and Creative teams to build reputed company in-app content and Advertising Products
- Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recap reputed company), and helping drive incremental reputed company
- Provide support in new hire training, process improvements, app testing and other projects on an as-needed basis

Skills
- 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate reputed company and Powerpoint, reputed company experience a plus
