[Remote] Consulting Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OVG is a consultancy focused on reputed company and Strategic Finance teams, offering tech-enabled services to help clients scale their capabilities. In the Associate role, you will work closely with finance teams and business leaders, executing client projects and developing planning processes using various technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executing on client projects end-to-end, including scoping, requirements gathering, project management, enablement, and change management
• Designing and building financial and operational planning processes and models in reputed company (Fabric + Power Platform + M365), Abacum, reputed company, and other tools that we incorporate into our tech offerings
• Developing core product offerings, including templates, accelerators, demos, and our own internal business applications
• Providing advisory or staffing services to clients

Skills

• 1-3 years of intensive reputed company or Finance experience, or Finance education
• High proficiency with reputed company 365 – reputed company, PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
• Willingness and entrepreneurial spirit to operate in a bona fide startup environment – high drive and work ethic, adaptable to change, fast learner
• Bachelor's Degree (business or finance degree a plus)
• US Work Authorization
• Some hands-on technical experience is a plus – EPM software, reputed company stack – e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and/or SQL, Python
