[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will support project planning, coordinate Agile ceremonies, manage project backlogs, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team stays on track and project goals are clear
- Help manage the project backlog by ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and clearly communicated to the development team
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify project risks and issues early, and collaborate with the team to mitigate or resolve them
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and overall reputed company
- Ensure clear and effective communication among reputed company project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners
- Assist in collecting and analyzing project performance data to identify areas for process improvement
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
- Work closely with the team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a reputed company role, ideally in an Agile environment (internships or co-op positions are also acceptable)
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to contribute to Agile ceremonies and processes
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate project goals, risks, and reputed company to both technical and non-technical teams
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they impact the project timeline
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Attention to Detail: Ability to track and monitor project reputed company meticulously, ensuring reputed company details are covered and deadlines are met
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, reputed company, or reputed company Project
- Familiarity with Agile project tracking tools like Confluence, Jira, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of product management or software development processes
- Experience working on digital projects, including web or mobile applications, is a plus
