[Remote] Provider Success Associate

As a Provider Success Associate, you will support a network of over 21,000 providers in growing their practices, ensuring they feel confident and equipped throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Responding quickly and accurately in shared queues, including managing internal team ticket resolution, proactive and educational reputed company to providers, and support transfers to completion
• Providing structured, thorough support on tasks such as profile reviews, terminations, lockouts, and cross-functional escalations
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Credentialing, Support, and Clinical
• Driving high-impact provider outcomes through empathetic, thorough resolution of escalations and practice management questions reputed company email, phone, and video call
• Advocating as the voice of the customer by relaying provider trends, feedback, and insights to the reputed company team, helping drive improvements to our product and processes
