Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP - Child and Adolescent - Hybrid

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management, while building strong relationships with patients and their families to support their mental health journey.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults
- reputed company personalized treatment plans and provide medication management that addresses the unique needs of each patient
- Spend the necessary time with patients and families to truly understand their experiences, educate them about treatment options, and provide ongoing support
- Monitor patient reputed company against care goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes
- Work closely with therapists and other reputed company to create integrated treatment plans that address the whole child
- Provide consultation and education to patients and their families, helping them understand diagnoses, treatment options, and how to support their child's mental health journey

- Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant records of patient meetings and reputed company

Skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during our peak 'after school hours' defined as after 4 pm ET during the week or any time on weekends
- Work in person at least 2 days per week (either Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Weds & Sat). The remaining days can be remote
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
- PMHNP-BC certification
- At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
- Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license
- DEA license
- State Prescriptive Authority
