They are seeking multiple Business Development Associates and Leads to drive sales and expand partnerships with federal and commercial clients, leveraging existing relationships and leading the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Direct sales experience in a technical environment, with either hardware or software
- Prior success in establishing reputed company with greenfield clients
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with incredible presentation creation and delivery acumen
- Deal creativity–no two customers are the same, and this role requires recognition and accommodation of that truth
- High interpersonal intuition. Know what to say and reputed company. You will be tested on this
- Prior experience working in an early- to mid-stage startup environment
- Prior sales experience in the weather or climate industries
