[Remote] Licensed Insurance Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Regency Insurance Group is a personal lines insurance agency based in sunny Florida, specializing in home, car, and flood insurance. They are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Executive to service existing clients, reputed company policy changes, and provide excellent customer service without the need for new client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of reputed company necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs
• Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking
• Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies reputed company the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients
• Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances
• Stay abreast of market changes and rates
• A good note-taker and problem-solver
• Ability to learn new things
• Comfortable using new software programs
• Ability to answer 30-40 calls per day

Skills

• High school diploma mandatory
• Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed
• Must have a Personal Lines Insurance Agent license
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills are necessary; customer service skills are helpful
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Quiet home office
