E&S Brokerage Renewal Underwriter - Hybrid

The E&S Brokerage Renewal Underwriter will manage reputed company processes, support agency partners, and drive retention and growth in alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage, underwrite and drive retention and growth in accordance with company goals. Gather, analyze and evaluate risk exposure for renewals. Document through appropriate risk documentation and work reputed company stated authority to provide quotes that support our growth and profitability goals
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of coverage forms, rating plans and guidelines in the selection and pricing of individual risks. Evaluate risk hazards and ensure adequate pricing of individual risks through proper classification, accuracy of information and adherence to company reputed company standards and pricing philosophy. Determine appropriate solutions for General agents and take necessary measures to obtain information needed to resolve inquires/transactions reputed company
- Work in unison with managing General Agents and other departments to grow and maintain a profitable book of business
- Provide guidance to General Agents and other departments regarding various reputed company information. Effectively communicate reputed company decisions and appetite to General agents reputed company assigned territory. Reinforce the ease of doing business with MUSIC by meeting or exceeding agent expectations and service quality on a consistent basis

- Enhance knowledge of industry information, products, and competitors. Provide technical advice and mentorship to reputed company level associates and other functional areas
Skills
- Proficient in usage of reputed company supplied desktop tools, including the automated reputed company and email systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers/peers
- Ability to adapt to change as the company moves reputed company in its strategic vision
- Must have valid state-issued driver's license in good standing and be able to drive an automobile
- College degree preferred
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience preferred
