Data Analyst

The reputed company is a prestigious institution seeking a Data Analyst to support its Facilities Services department. This role involves analyzing and visualizing data to improve departmental performance and service delivery, primarily using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of data analytics and reporting needs for each business unit
• Work to reputed company an integrated reporting and analysis environment, effectively leveraging analytical systems and tools
• Works with users to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Participates in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) and other analytical applications. Works to reputed company an integrated reporting and analysis environment, effectively leveraging analytical systems and tools
• Conducts requirements analysis, translating requirements into a scope document and developing reporting deliverables based on the design
• Works with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations. Provides support and communicates issues to users as defined by IT standards

• Working knowledge of SQL, in addition to database experience and understanding the format data must be in to manipulate it
• Working knowledge of Python required to help automate job processes and streamline tasks
• Understanding how to use BI tools to generate reports
• Familiarity with organization of architectural drawing sets
• Working knowledge of GIS standards and ArcGIS
• 1 to 2 years of experience updating and editing drawings in AutoCAD and Revit
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Project, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook), Sketch-Up, reputed company Creative Suite or other drawing programs. Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company
• 1 to 2 years of experience in ARCHIBUS or other space management systems
