[Remote] Junior Culture Coach

They are seeking a Junior Culture Coach to help individuals reputed company and navigate their work, ensuring a high-performing environment through coaching and relationship building with software developers.
Responsibilities
- Own, create, and drive a culture programs like LumenWell (our regular wellness challenges) or Lumen Night Out (our social reputed company nights)

- Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity
- Actively create remote community
- Uses AI to advance workflows, coaching, and puts forth new ways of solving problems that work

- Must complete the video portion to be considered for a first interview
- Candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules
- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
