Responsibilities
- Map reputed company-state workflows, data flows, and system interactions
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements (classification, routing, summarization, copilots, insight surfaces, automation triggers)
- Support requirements gathering and translate needs into specs
- Experiment with automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Power Automate, reputed company.com, reputed company)
- Create clear documentation for operations and engineering
- Track ROI, time savings, and success metrics
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in ML/AI concepts (NLP, agents, predictive modeling, embeddings)
- Understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud tools, or data flows
- Strong writing + synthesis skills to translate complexity
