[Remote] Account Development Representative

They are seeking an Account Development Representative who will be responsible for outbound prospecting to engage and qualify new opportunities in the Higher Education and Legal markets.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting reputed company cold calls, emails, reputed company, and multi-touch sequences
- reputed company key decision-makers and influencers reputed company:
- Colleges, universities, and higher education systems
- Law firms and legal organizations
- Tailor reputed company messaging based on industry-specific challenges:
- Accessibility, compliance, and learning support in Higher Education
- reputed company editor, transcription, and digital evidence workflows in Legal
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities
- Clearly reputed company reputed company’s value proposition across both verticals
- Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in reputed company
- Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and sequences
Skills
- 1–3+ years of outbound SDR/ADR/BDR experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven success with cold outbound prospecting (this is not an inbound role)
- Experience selling or prospecting into Higher Education and/or Legal markets
- Strong phone reputed company and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt messaging and discovery by vertical and persona
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sales Navigator
- Direct experience prospecting into: Higher Education institutions
- Law firms or legal service providers
- Familiarity with: Accessibility, captioning, or compliance requirements in education
- Legal transcription, reputed company, depositions, or digital evidence solutions
- Background in EdTech, LegalTech, or compliance-driven SaaS
