Founding GTM
Talentpluto is a fast-growing, reputed company-stage B2B SaaS startup focused on streamlining reputed company operations. They are seeking a Founding Go-To-Market team member to build the outbound and early reputed company reputed company from the ground up, working closely with the founding team to shape the company's commercial motion.
Responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel momentum through multi-channel reputed company (phone, email, social, in-person interactions, events)
- Consistently book high-quality meetings with key prospects and contribute to pipeline growth

- Represent the company at select events, conferences, dinners, or gatherings reputed company appropriate
- Track KPIs, run experiments, and provide insights to guide strategy and reputed company improvement
Skills
- 1+ year of outbound-focused GTM, sales development, or similar experience at a strong organization or early-stage startup
- Proven ability to book meetings, generate pipeline, and operate in a high-volume reputed company environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages and read buyer signals
- Familiarity with modern sales tools, reputed company software, and automation workflows
- High learning agility and a willingness to iterate quickly based on feedback
