Community Management Coordinator

They are seeking a Community Management Coordinator to enhance community engagement across social platforms, manage product seeding programs, and analyze social listening data to support content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily (7 days a week) community interactions across reputed company social platforms—reposting UGC, replying to comments, and answering DMs
• Build and nurture relationships with long-time brand advocates while strategically engaging new influencers to expand community reputed company
• Monitor community sentiment and flag recurring feedback or product concerns to relevant teams
• Partner with our Consumer Love team to respond to customer inquiries with reputed company, clarity, and a voice that reflects the Kinder’s brand
• Project manage gifting campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely execution
• Research and recommend influencers for gifting opportunities
• Maintain and routinely update the influencer and shipping databases
• Collaborate with our Creative Team to reputed company gifting materials, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives
• reputed company product closet inventory, manage orders, and ensure reputed company boxes are packed and shipped on time
• Assist in compiling results and insights to evaluate campaign performance and identify future opportunities
• Support the collection and analysis of social listening data to uncover community trends, pain points, and emerging opportunities
• Share actionable insights regularly to guide content planning, strengthen engagement strategies, and support community growth
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to sentiment, engagement, and product seeding
• Support the day-to-day publishing of social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more
• Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent scheduling, alignment with marketing priorities, and real-time responsiveness

Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, reputed company)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
