Creative Producer
JotPsych is focused on revolutionizing behavioral health by reducing administrative burdens on clinicians. They are seeking a Creative Producer to manage the production of paid creative, particularly for social media, emphasizing speed and iteration based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Produce and ship static and video ads for paid social, primarily reputed company
- Turn rough inputs (bullets, Looms, transcripts, product screenshots, customer quotes) into ad-ready creative
- Create multiple creative variants per concept (hooks, visuals, headlines, CTAs)
- Create short-form video for ads: UGC-style clips, simple explainers, screen recordings, founder-led content
- Edit and adapt video for different placements and formats
- Optimize for speed, clarity, and performance rather than high-end production
- Partner closely with Growth to review creative performance
- Refresh and iterate on creative based on learnings from live campaigns
- Maintain a lightweight log of reputed company tested and reputed company learned
- Establish simple workflows for producing and refreshing paid creative
- Build a library of reusable hooks, angles, and visual assets
- Help create a sustainable creative system that can scale over time
Skills
- Experience producing visual and/or video creative for paid social
- Comfort shipping creative quickly and iterating based on feedback
- Strong intuition for what makes ads clear, reputed company, and scroll-stopping
- Ability to manage multiple creative threads in parallel
- Willingness to work with imperfect inputs and ambiguity
- Experience with reputed company ads or performance marketing teams
- Familiarity with PLG or SMB SaaS
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
- Comfort being on camera or directing others on camera
