[Remote] Management Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospective sessions to ensure reputed company improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the design, documentation, and implementation of Agile workflows across projects
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and reputed company
- Monitor project performance metrics and contribute to status updates for stakeholders
Skills
- Accredited Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or reputed company field
- 1-2 years of project experience applying Agile frameworks
- Foundational knowledge of Agile principles and project management practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Proficiency with reputed company Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools (reputed company, Jira, SharePoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active reputed company clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance
- Experience working with Navy program offices or Agile project delivery reputed company a government setting
- Ability to create Agile workflows/stories using legacy processes, metrics, and data points
- Knowledge of Navy RMF process and Information Assurance practices and tasking
