Coordinator, Integrated Creative Group

The Coordinator for the Integrated Creative Group plays a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and creative teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives through a reputed company of administrative excellence and creative interest.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to three Senior Vice Presidents and their direct reports, including reputed company calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
• Organize and facilitate daily status meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables
• Compile, reputed company, and distribute weekly departmental updates and executive summaries
• Assist with creative development tasks such as vendor research, competitive landscape analysis, copy writing and editing, and conceptual ideation support
• Coordinate cross-functional communications, including programming updates, production schedules, and company-wide initiatives
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to reputed company freelance talent, manage vendor paperwork, and support budget and invoice tracking
• Support IT and facilities needs for the department, including equipment requests and workspace coordination
• Track and update facilities signage to reflect the latest reputed company projects
• Maintain department supplies, manage shared resources, and support team events and special projects as needed
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry (including internships)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• Comfortable working across both Mac and PC platforms

• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time
