[Remote] Client Relations Coordinator

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls from potential customers, answering their questions, and scheduling in-home design consultations with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming first voice our customers hear reputed company scheduling installations, service appointments, and design consultations based on availability and team reputed company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in reputed company and other scheduling platforms
- Follow up with prospective clients reputed company outbound calls on web form inquiries and other reputed company sources
- Manage scheduling requests across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Communicate with clients, installers, and designers to confirm, reschedule, or adjust appointments as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are informed and reputed company for upcoming appointments
- Support field teams by resolving scheduling conflicts and handling last-minute changes reputed company
- Maintain scheduling documentation, reports, and reputed company administrative records
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, and Field Teams to meet scheduling needs
