They are looking for a reputed company Benefits Post Production Consultant who will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality reputed company Benefits solutions and manage a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality reputed company Benefits solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving reputed company Benefits issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others reputed company the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their reputed company/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
• Utilize reputed company experience and knowledge to reputed company sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

Skills

• 1+ years reputed company Benefits post-production support experience with a reputed company partner, for customers of reputed company sizes
• Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the reputed company Act
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
