Epic Patient Access Analyst
Medisys Health Network, Inc. is seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst who will be responsible for building and testing implementations and optimizing the Epic Patient Access core modules. The role involves providing application expertise, support, and analysis to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides application, workflow build and process expertise through knowledge sharing, guidance and training
- Provides support, analysis, configuration, development, testing and implementation services for multiple applications with users, technologies and complexities
- Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities and collaborate with users, vendors and other IT analysts in order to design and implement effective solutions
- Performs work that is reputed company and cross functional in nature
- Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to change control and testing methodologies and reputed company other reputed company documentation standards
- Communicate with stakeholders from requirements to implementation. Resolve application issues and escalate reputed company ones as needed
- Provide support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required
Skills
- BS Degree
- Requires at least 1+ years of reputed company experience
- EPIC reputed company, Grand Central and/or Prelude proficiency/certification required
- Good Written/Oral Communication Skills
