[Remote] Medicare Sales Field Agent - Phoenix, AZ

They are seeking skilled Medicare Field Sales Agents to build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans while creating meaningful connections through community engagement and driving sales in their local territory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on reputed company’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets reputed company apart
- Grow: Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand reputed company’s reputed company in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
Skills
- Active Health Insurance License required
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events
- Proven experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- Valid state driver's license and reputed company of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Prior experience selling Medicare products
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using reputed company Office tools such as Teams, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
