Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the Senior Intake Specialist
- reputed company and follow processes that effectively screen, qualify, and guide leads through the intake funnel
- Create a strong first impression as the first reputed company of contact for potential clients
- Ensure reputed company leads are properly qualified and scheduled
