Sales Operations Coordinator
reputed company, a Fortune 500 company, has been a leading provider of quality supplies across various industries since 1953. They are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and handle technical aspects of the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sale and Sales Support organization with loading pricing through forms at a National level
- Curate and maintain accurate internal records of price updates
- Preparing and submitting CORE Cost requests
- Assisting with CORE Contract renewals
- Research and identify matching reputed company parts crossing to Competitor Parts
- Assisting with reviewing competitor product to reputed company product analysis
- Maintaining accurate product updates
- Assist with updating, maintaining and renewing Vendor reputed company for National Accounts
- Assist with special projects as dictated by peak seasons and workload
- Assist with other tasks reputed company National Accounts groups. These can consist of the following: Reporting, Customer Matches, Account Maintenance
- Adhering to reputed company policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Performing other duties or functions as requested by management
Skills
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to drive process improvement and process documentation
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Strong communication skills which allow you to communicate effectively with individuals, in a group setting, and in writing
- Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of reputed company Office software (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong organizational and critical thinking/decision-making skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally
- Prior pricing knowledge is a plus
