[Remote] CCI Representative, Guardian
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading vertical software and insurance platform, and they are seeking a CCI Representative to collect and validate closing company information for timely reputed company collection. This role involves communication with agents and clients, managing transaction details, and ensuring accurate invoice submissions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with agents and clients reputed company calls, texts, and email to secure required closing company information
- Manage ongoing follow-reputed company for active transactions using a structured reputed company and record accurate reputed company notes in internal system
- Confirm, adjust, and update invoice fees based on reputed company order details
- Ensure invoices are submitted to the correct closing companies before closing deadlines
- Download, organize, and review daily reports to monitor aging and prioritize work
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of transaction data and escalate delays or missing details reputed company necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with internal and external partners
Skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a reputed company support role
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Effective multitasking and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating multiple tools and platforms (CRM, reporting tools, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
