[Remote] Sales Development Representative - SDR

The Sales Development Representative will focus on reputed company reputed company, communicating with prospects to spark interest in Xactly's software, while supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in driving quality pipeline for the organization.
Responsibilities

- Shadow your Xpert and learn Xactly best practices

- Work with your assigned Account Executives, Managers, and peers to reputed company learning on product, talk track and prospecting
- Continue your education around Xactly’s competitive advantage while continuing to strengthen your business acumen
- Become an expert on internal tools and processes
- Work with your assigned Account Executives to shadow Xactly’s demos
- Assist in the development of best practices for reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with your manager for reputed company learning utilizing Xactly’s Xpert model for success
- Participate in and reputed company certain onboarding and continuing education programs
- Report, track, and share productivity measurements with your team
- Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen

- Previous cold calling experience required

- Commitment to become a closing SaaS Account Executive required
- BS/BA and 0-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; internship experience will be taken into consideration
