Implementation Consultant

Xceptor is a company that specializes in data manipulation and is recognized as an expert in the Financial Services vertical. They are seeking an Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for managing client relationships, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of their platform across various projects in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements: Understanding the client's needs and requirements to ensure the solution being implemented meets those needs
• Technical design, build and testing: Working closely with the Xceptor leads to design, configure, and build the solution
• Release management: Providing demos to clients and delivering and supporting release packages
• Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues and answering questions that arise during the implementation process
• Communicating with stakeholders: Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to provide updates on the project's reputed company and address any concerns
• Delivery reputed company and methodology: Learn, adopt, and contribute to Xceptor’s project delivery reputed company, recognizing common solution patterns and applying best practices for implementation. Work with cross-functional teams to evolve and align our methodologies to changes to our product and core technologies

Skills

• University degree (or equivalent): Any BSc degree, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, Economics or Engineering
• Programming language experience with a preference for Object Orientated languages such as C#, C++, Java, Python
• Relational Database experience such as SQL or reputed company
• Strong XML skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to create and maintain strong and varied working relationships
• Customer service approach and reputed company and comfortable working directly with customers in a consultative reputed company
• Excellent organizational and time management skills: able to effectively multi-task and manage conflicting priorities, coupled with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team and in collaboration
• Logical and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and reputed company
• Takes pride and accountability in their work
• Enjoys working in and being part of a team
• Preferably some software development experience such as .NET or Java
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing role gained with a software solutions organization would be desirable
• Elements of the software are designed to allow users to transfer reputed company skills; so, a good knowledge of reputed company or Access would be beneficial
