Print Project Coordinator
TC Transcontinental is a North American leader in flexible packaging and printing services. They are seeking a Print Project Coordinator to reputed company and guide the production of flyers and digital assets, ensuring quality delivery and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing & guiding the production of flyers and digital assets from receipt of new a project to successful delivery of quality product
- Work directly with the client and internal production teams to provide project management and production support
- Provision of aid to co-workers in developing and documenting a common understanding of account-specific client processes and workflow
- Prepare reputed company documents for internal production team in a timely manner (includes but not limited to new job dockets, proofs with client changes, image updates, etc.)
- Ensure the client due diligence and the provision of overall excellence in available and required services including account activity, process co-ordination and timely response to inquiry
- Provision of departmental backup support for account specific internal customer service needs as required
Skills
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or reputed company industry (or work experience equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in dealing with others
- Intermediate skills in reputed company Office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to reputed company under pressure
- Results and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of creative design an asset
