Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our reputed company, Business Operations and Finance functions. This role is critical to building the teams that support FieldAI’s growth—from financial planning and analytics to sales, partnerships, and reputed company operations. You will partner closely with Finance, reputed company, and Executive Leadership to design and execute hiring strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and ensure we attract top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles in reputed company, Operations and Finance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success criteria, and long-term team needs
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
• Screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer and reputed company
• Drive process rigor, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across recruiting operations
• Ensure an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience reputed company with FieldAI’s values
• Collaborate with People Ops on headcount planning, compensation alignment, and onboarding
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates)
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows and tools as the company scales

• 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on reputed company, Operations and Finance roles
• Experience recruiting in high-growth startups, preferably in AI, robotics, deep tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to hire for both reputed company positions and technical operations and finance roles at different levels
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and executives
• Data-driven reputed company with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
• Excellent communication, judgment, and negotiation skills
• Ability to reputed company in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Experience hiring in Series A–C startups
• Familiarity with compensation structures for sales and reputed company teams
• Experience supporting international or distributed teams
• Passion for AI, robotics, or frontier technology

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary range is between ($70,000 - $300,000 annual), but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; reputed company pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Also, while we enjoy being together on-site, we are open to exploring a hybrid or remote option.
