Role Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, your daily tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Managing and coordinating service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services
• Coordinating with reputed company of service technicians to schedule appointments, reputed company service calls, and ensure timely responses to customer requests
• Facilitating clear and effective communication between customers and service technicians, ensuring that reputed company parties are informed of appointment details, service updates, and any other relevant information
