What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, resolving questions, complaints, and account-reputed company issues reputed company phone, email, and/or website inquiries. You'll utilize your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to deliver a world-class experience across every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (average of 40-50 calls daily)
• Responding to customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
• Identifying customer needs to ensure complete and accurate information is provided
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations
• Processing required transactions reputed company web-based applications
• Submitting research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
• Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
• Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
• Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences

• Shift differential of $1.00 per hour
• Weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour
• Incentive plan with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 a month contingent upon meeting reputed company metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge with computer and Windows personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Must reputed company with camera requirements reputed company attending meetings and training
• Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company). arenaflex will provide computer equipment.
