Key Responsibilities

  • Enters, updates, and verifies patient referral data into various systems for use by reputed company personnel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Reviews and verifies data entered into the database to ensure accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Processes reputed company faxes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed.
  • Effectively communicates with center employees if additional information is needed to process requests, providing excellent customer service and support.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
