Job Summary

The remote data entry specialist is responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for alternative investments. The key deliverables of this role include refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity events. The specialist will also be responsible for settling and reconciling transaction activity, processing and reconciling dividend activity, and conducting research on reputed company and escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• Process corporate activity events, settle and reconcile transaction activity, and process and reconcile dividend activity
• Conduct research on reputed company and escalated issues, reputed company testing and validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes
• Complete projects in investing, dividends, transfers, reconciliation, and corporate actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts
• Interact with retail and institutional service teams using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Collaborate with arenaflex clearing in daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other external business partners

Accountabilities and Evaluation

The remote data entry specialist will be evaluated on their ability to reputed company the following tasks:

• Compliance with regulatory responsibilities (e.g. 2340 and 15C3-3)
