Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information and correcting errors to ensure accuracy.
  • Organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, including creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring data is backed up and secure.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner for optimal retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required by the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients.
