• Planning and organising routes for our drivers
• Organising the fleet of vehicles we have
• Managing a certain number of drivers reputed company the reputed company
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries
• Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service
• Providing support and development for colleagues in the reputed company
• Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information
• On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
• Experience in managing reputed company a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude
