Primary Duties & Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields reputed company our database software
- Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Reviewing data for discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information
- Maintaining a daily production log to ensure reputed company time and work is accurately documented
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Key Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent alpha and number recognition skills
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- The ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm)
- Two years of experience in a full Data Entry reputed company is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a group
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
- Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying
Required Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a full Data Entry reputed company is preferred
