Job Summary

As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll reputed company the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, engagement manipulation, and more. You'll also reputed company the Business Investigation team, responsible for producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. You'll work closely with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and inform product development
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times to reputed company back, provide data-driven insights, and execute solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 4+ years of experience in a reputed company field, including 2+ years of experience in risk management, abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying data experiences
• 2+ years of experience working with design teams that build data foundation and ML models
• 2+ years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks as accelerations require
• Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

• 2+ years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
• Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
• Strong understanding of SQL, R, and Matlab
• Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
