Job Overview

You'll collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs given the problem context and development timetable, implement the selected solution, and help the adoption of the solution by the team. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting, developing, and maintaining arenaflex's present set of reputed company-specific and custom gear that we use every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across disciplines
• Maintain, reputed company, and aid present development gear
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
• Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions and implement the selected solution
• Help the adoption of the solution by the team and evaluate its effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

Technical Requirements
