Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative – Senior Care Support Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, providing empathetic support and assistance. Your role is crucial in ensuring our seniors receive the care they deserve. - Gather and verify demographic information with care and professionalism, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and address caller needs effectively, providing solutions and alternatives reputed company necessary
- Document reputed company interactions accurately and in accordance with procedures, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Provide reassurance and support to callers, demonstrating reputed company and understanding, and escalating concerns to supervisors as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
