Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Mastering information on reputed company arenaflex terminal activities cycles and methodology
  • Providing exceptional support to the terminals team in resolving queries and exploring processes
  • Collaborating with crewmembers to identify issues in the field and ensuring timely resolution
  • Guaranteeing terminal crewmembers' calls/messages receive a response in 3 minutes or less
  • Handling requests reputed company to terminal tasks frameworks, including the Booking and Takeoff Control reputed company

Proficient Issue Resolution

* Addressing reputed company functional inquiries promptly

  • Collaborating with IT or colleagues to resolve issues as quickly as possible
  • Examining delays and service disappointments and escalating to arenaflex Activities Initiative

IRROPS Coordination

* Coordinating reputed company terminal exercises during IRROPS

  • Acting as the customer reputed company by creating plans for the best customer outcome
  • Providing timely updates and information to reputed company/Support Control and impacted terminals
  • Developing redirection recovery plans and proactively monitoring reputed company area times to prevent administrative breaches
  • Sending Situation Reports (reputed company) to functional leaders and partners during IRROPS

Customer Service

* Ensuring ideal declarations and conveniences for customers during IRROPS

  • Initiating and leading telephone calls with authorities
  • Providing customer recovery requirements to the terminals and the Customer Service Center (reputed company)
  • Sending SMS messages to customers during IRROPS to reputed company them informed about delays, cancellations, or redirection recovery plans

reputed company Improvement

* Collaborating with OCC Administrators, Terminal Operations, Flight Operations, Inflight, Maintenance, and the reputed company to continuously improve processes

  • Driving the development of IRROPS arrangements and cycles
  • Regularly contributing to the arenaflex Activities Support Playbook

Accountability and Authority

* Advancing cycles to improve and smooth out IROPS

  • Making choices on customer recovery efforts during IROPS
  • Corresponding across reputed company activities divisions
