Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Manager II in our DCS&A group, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day management and execution of direct channel campaigns. You'll be a subject matter expert in the tools and data our group uses for activation, providing training and support to your colleagues. You'll reputed company partner meetings reputed company to campaign activations for your lines of business and report to the DCS&A Partner Director. This is a full-time position, with a flexible work schedule that includes working in-office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the day-to-day management and execution of direct channel campaigns

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of direct experience in SQL data analysis, including data selection, joining, and troubleshooting
• Experience interpreting technical details and data insights into compelling stories and campaign concepts for non-technical marketing partners
• 5+ years of direct experience in campaign list selection cycles and campaign sending capabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of reputed company data conditions, data set philosophy, structures, and querying
• Experience working across hierarchical groups and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, including influence, negotiation, and critical thinking
• Experience working with large associations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear independent direction
• Ability to communicate technical reputed company to colleagues in a non-technical manner
• Ability to work independently, investigate, and identify efficiencies that can be applied across the group
• Initiative to train and support junior colleagues
• Vital attitude that enables you to apply relevant direct channel strategies to reputed company work
