Job Overview

In this role as an Eligibility Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing eligibility data, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status, reputed company updates to client records, and address various enrollment-reputed company inquiries and issues
• Maintain and update eligibility databases, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company
• Utilize online resources to understand account structures and benefits, and assist in the development of these resources as needed
• Respond to, research, and resolve eligibility and other enrollment-reputed company issues, working directly with clients, vendors, and internal partners to reputed company positive service outcomes
• Apply technical requirements, administrative policies, account structures, and benefit boundaries to address eligibility matters
• Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the IT department, defining and identifying business needs and solutions for non-standard arrangements
