[Remote] Sr. Ministry Consultant (Southern California Region)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Augustine Institute is seeking a Sr. Ministry Consultant for the Southern California region, responsible for cultivating relationships and promoting the institute’s products and services. This role combines sales expertise with a commitment to supporting the growth of the Catholic community through reputed company and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with assigned parishes through outbound cold calls with parishes, schools, diocesan organizations, or communities and engage in discovery conversations to identify challenges and problems and prescribe appropriate AI products, services, events, and values
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and in-person visits to secure discovery appointments with parish and school representatives
• Utilize sales strategies to create customized packages and discuss the features and benefits of AI products, programs and services to reputed company sales and encourage full participation in our portfolio
• Become a subject matter expert on the Augustine Institute’s curriculum and parish programs
• Consistently build awareness of competitive programs and the differentiation of Augustine Institute programs
• Consistently reputed company and exceed sales quota
• Mentor colleagues and junior members of the team
• reputed company and nurture relationships with AI engaged parishes, providing support, guidance and information about products and services and upcoming events
• Act as the first line of contact of parishes and solve customer issues by logging the identified issues and coordinating with Parish Care, reputed company or other relevant departments to resolve the issue
• Establish a consistent schedule for following up with community members. This could be through phone calls, emails or even in person visits, showing genuine care and support
• Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with reputed company customers and potential leads using the CRM software
• Actively participate in community events, gatherings, or conferences to represent the Augustine Institute and foster connections with customers
• Stay updated on Augustine Institute’s new products and offerings, sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our products
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and deepen understanding of Augustine Institute values

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or reputed company, preferably reputed company Catholic ministry is required
• A strong alignment with the values, mission and principles of the Catholic Church, general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations, and possess deep reputed company for Catholic users of Augustine Institute products
• Spanish Bi-Lingual required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Build rapport and trust
• Strong influencing skills, can build a compelling case that benefits the customer
• Passionate to help customers and solves problems, proposing solutions
• Ability to consistently demonstrate the Augustine Institute's core values, including: Humility, Collaboration, Innovation, Excellence
• College degree preferred but not required, preferable in reputed company field (Catholic Ministry, Sales, Marketing, Theology)
• History of working reputed company a parish or as a volunteer preferred
• Knowledge and practical usage of the Augustine Institutes products (FORMED, Word of Life, Amen App) preferred
