What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include: Enter and maintain utility account information with high accuracy : Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of utility account information. Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers : Verify customer account eligibility and accessibility. Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications : Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications to customers. Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices : Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices to customers. Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests : Conduct monthly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of account transfer requests. What Is Required (Qualifications) To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED : A High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist : A minimum of two years of experience in data entry or typing is required. Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing : You must be able to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing.
